How the included ACS website build handles information submitted through its forms.
Information collected
The website can store names, phone numbers, email addresses, service requirements, support requests, partner applications, consultation bookings and review submissions when you choose to provide them.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage service records, provide tracking, administer partner accounts, process support tickets and operate website workflows.
Storage
This self-contained PHP package stores records in a protected JSON file inside the server storage directory. Production deployments should also use server backups, access controls and a documented retention policy.
Security
Forms use CSRF tokens and sensitive passwords are hashed. Users should never send passwords, OTPs or banking authentication information through public support forms.
